Want to join?
Healthcare providers from 50 different specialties can join our international directory. If you do CrossFit and work in a healthcare setting that provides patient care, then we want you to create a profile, share your speciality, and support our CrossFit community providing opportunities for CrossFitters to connect with like-minded providers.
-
Physicians (MDs/DOs) who meet eligibility criteria (board certified/eligible, licensed, and in good standing) can choose to be listed on the CFMS Directory.
Other healthcare providers (see below) may also choose to be listed on the HCP Directory. HCPs must provide their license/certification establishing their ability to practice patient care.
Providers must have either an active CrossFit credential OR completed 10 hours of CME course work provided via the CFMS education portal.

Just like a normal provider search, CrossFitters can look for HCP’s in their area and reach out to connect. The cool part is, we know that we already have one things in common, CrossFit.
Providers put their practice information in the bio, along with business website and email. Communication for care is initiated by the individual most of the time contacting your practice just as a typical new patient would.
-
The providers on the CFMS are referenced when members of CommunityCare reach out to their Care Advocate.
Example:
A member of CommunityCare needs knee surgery. She starts a health event with the team at CC. In looking for a local ortho, the Community Care advocate will checkout if any of our CFMS providers are in the patient’s area.
-
Yes, yes it is.
However, we do require that providers have a CrossFit coaching credential or completed a CME/CEU course through the CFMS. There is a fee associated with the courses. You can check out the EDU Portal for more information.
