  • CFMS members can purchase this lab panel directly through this portal. Once checkout is complete, a user account will be generated through a HIPAA compliant platform and the lab requisition will be sent via this portal. Please make sure to check out and pay via the cart icon.

    Customers can expect their requisition within 24 hours of purchase.

  • CFMS members may choose to go to a LabCorp location for their draw. Use this LapCorp Location Finder to schedule your draw at a convenient location.

    It is recommended to print the requisition and bring to the draw site. It is also recommended to schedule your draw time through LabCorp directly to avoid wait times.

  • Lab results will be loaded into the HIPAA Visualizer and members will be notified via email. 

    Results take 8-10 business days once the draw is completed.

  • Please note that ordering labs through the CFMS does not constitute the creation of a physician-patient relationship. It is expected that you follow up and review your results with your physician. If you do not have a physician who you can review these with, please use the CFMS Directory to obtain a lab review appointment with an approved provider.

    Labs are self pay and cannot be run through insurance.

  • At this time lab panels are offered in the U.S.

    Members must have an address in the states to be eligible to purchase biomarker panels.
